Betty Jane Grove

Grove, Betty Jane, 98, formerly of Johnstown, passed away October 29, 2024 in Tucson, Arizona.  Born April 21, 1926 in Miami, Florida; the daughter of Frank and Stella (Wahl) Keim.  Preceded in death by parents, husband Thomas Grove, son Daniel, daughter Rebecca Cruse, granddaughter Amy Cruse, and sister Nancy Schultz.  Survived by loving son James married to the former Joanne Ankeny, Tucson, Arizona, grandchildren; Melissa Cruse married to Andrew Kephart,  Amanda Grove  married to Ian Lerew, Adam Grove married to Angela, and Laura Grove married to Marc Lee; great grandchildren; Rebecca Kephart, Reed Lerew, Cade Lee, and Natalie Lee;  daughter-in-law LuAnn Gierl; and many nieces and nephews, including her sister's daughters, Kathleen Hagerty, Terrie Meese, and Regina Rager,  and their families that included her in many holidays and family gatherings.   She was a member of Vinco Brethren Church.  Betty loved family gatherings, watching the Steelers, and talking on the phone with family and friends; often solving the mysteries of life.  Betty also enjoyed going to the Senior Center and having luncheons with the school girls when she lived in Johnstown.   She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Private interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.  The Jon A.
