Guaetta, Carmello J. (Carm), 67, passed away unexpectantly March 20, 2008. Born April 16, 1940 in Seward, son of Domenick and Petrolena Guaetta. Preceded in death by parents; sister Rose Bucceri; and brothers, Anthony, Joseph, Domenick, Mario, George, and John Guaetta. Survived by loving wife, Shirley, Seward; loving children: Chad, married to the former Jane Forte, Hummelstown, Pa., Stacie, married to Dave Shaffer, Coatesville, Pa.; beloved grandchildren, Alyssa and Brayden Shaffer; sister, Mary Pingatore, Johnstown; brother, Frank Guaetta, married to Nancy, Michigan. Numerous Nieces and Nephews. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward. Death breaks marriage union of 40 years. Retired boilermaker with Local Union 154, Pittsburgh, life member of Seward Volunteer Fire Comapany, and Past Grand Knight, Knights of Columbus. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, 1201 Fifth St., Seward. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward, the Rev. Bede Mulligan officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
