DeWITT – Charles R., 70, formerly of Seward, passed away Dec. 19, 2015, in Jacksonville, Fla. Born Aug. 14, 1945. Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 11, at Armagh Cemetery, the Rev. Rick Corbett, officiating. Conemaugh Valley Detachment Marine Corps League in charge of military service. Family is being served by Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, Seward
