McGINNIS – Donna Lee, 76, Seward, passed away Jan. 21, 2015, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born April 16, 1938, in Seward, daughter of Harold and Elda (Deyarmin) Fox. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Harry E. McGinnis, who died in 2011; infant daughter, Deborah Huey; and brothers, William and Robert Fox. Survived by loving daughters, Joy, married to John Robbins, Ebensburg; and Thomasine (Huey), married to William Acosta, Dominican Republic; grandchildren, Clint Ambrose; Cassie Ambrose; Zachary Darr; Joshua Acosta, and wife, Kerri; Carlos Acosta; Manuel Acosta; and Brianna Edwards; great-grandchildren, Henry Lee and Carlos William; sisters, Gladys “Gerri,” married to Steve Toth, Richland; Vivian Douglas, South Fork; and Freelove, married to Al Craig, Seward; sister-in-law, Diana Fox, Seward; numerous nieces and nephews; and beloved friends, Mary (Bruna) Fortini and Barbara (Lazarowicz) Long. Member of Seward United Methodist Church. Lifetime member of Seward Volunteer Fire Company ladies auxiliary. Also a member of Thomas Lewis Post 7022 VFW. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting, her computer and her three animals. She was an avid Pirates and Steelers fan. Donna also enjoyed country music. Her favorite artists were Alan Jackson and Elvis Presley. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, Seward. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Seward United Methodist Church, the Rev. Scott Hamley, officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
