Eleanor Hamrock

Hamrock, Eleanor - 91, of Charles, passed away July 31,2018 at Memorial Medical Center Johnstown. Born February 5, 1927 in Calumet, Pa. Daughter of Andrew and Mary (Smith) Voke. Preceded in death by her parents, of Stahlstown, husband Edward, sons Duane and Larry, sister Mary Lou Wesel, and brothers Edward, John, and Joseph Voke. Eleanor is survived by daughter Carol Ann married to Thomas Glusko, son Gary Hamrock married to the former Rose Catanese, both of Seward; grandchildren Thomas, David, and Tina Glusko; Brittany and Garrett (Kayla) Hamrock; great grandchildren Grant and Grace Hamrock. Also brothers Pat and Paul (Elaine) Voke, and sister-in-law Dorothy Voke all of Stahlstown. Eleanor was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church - Seward, Rosary Altar Society, and Choir. Also a member of Armagh Senior Citizens. She loved playing bingo and taking care of her flowers. Up until last year Eleanor was able to enjoy the rides at Del Grosso Park. Friends will be received from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Friday at the Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, Seward. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church - Seward. Rev. Robert Washko officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery.
