Born Aug. 27, 1914, in Clairton, daughter of Carmen and Judith (DeLaurentis) Sporio. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Nick, who died in 1994; daughter, Catherine Fatula; grandson, Scott DeRubis; great-grandson, Jason Fatula; brothers, Pete, Tom, Lawrence and Paul Sporio; and son-in-law, Jack Hohman. Survived by loving children, son, Cas, Armagh, and daughters, Nancy Luther and Carol Hohman, both of Dilltown; grandchildren, Mark Fatula; Jeffrey Fatula, married to Diana; Anita, married to Mark Knapic; Laura Luther; Lynn, married to Allen Luther Sr.; Timothy Luther; Annette Rich; Deann Gupta; and Brian Price, married to Sue; great-grandchildren, Joe, Kayla and Kevin Fatula; Naomi and Tiara Nelson; Ryan Betts; Alicia Tomb; Aimee Cameron; Allen Luther Jr.; Alyse Davis; Hanna Rich; Brailee and Kylie Price; and Jocelyn, Aaron, Luke, Seth and Johanna Knapic; 10 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Sophie Parnham, Pittsburgh; Edith Parison, Cresson; and Louise Rapacchietta, White Oak; and numerous nieces and nephews. Former owner of DeRubis Tavern in Dilltown. Enjoyed cooking and sewing. Loved having company and people visiting. Former landlord. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, 1201 Fifth St., Seward, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Father Robert Washko, officiating. Interment, SS. Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville.
