WILLINGER – Gloria Kay, 60, Seward, went to be with the Lord July 18, 2012, at home. Born Feb. 26, 1952, in Indiana, Pa., daughter of Gordon and Betty (Campbell) Hollingsworth. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by loving husband, Michael J. Willinger. Death breaks marriage union of 11 years in November. Also survived by loving daughters, Dawn Ryan, Martinsville, N.J.; Shannon Ryan, married to Navin Nayak, Washington, D.C.; and Lyndee, married to Stephen Van, Purcellville, Va.; granddaughters, Brianna and Emily Van; brothers, Gordon, and wife, Linda (Rolland), Brush Valley; Dwight “Doc,” Johnstown; and Alan, and wife, Vicki (Young), Seward; nieces, Lisa Kay Sarver and Heidi Hollingsworth; and nephew, Ross Hollingsworth. Member of Seward United Methodist Church. Air Force veteran from 1973 to 1980, having served tours in England, Germany, as a Russian linguist, and Alaska. She was in the Alaska Air National Guard from 1981 to 1984. She was employed by Social Security Adminstration-Johnstown from 1988 to present as a lead case technician. She was known to everyone as Kay. She enjoyed traveling, motorcycle riding and Friday Night Dates with two very dear friends. Her daughters were the joy of her life and her granddaughters, Brianna and Emily, had a special place in gram’s heart. She found happiness in the small things in life. At Kay’s request, there will be no viewing or visitation. Friends and family are invited to attend an interment service at 10 a.m. Monday, July 30, at Armagh Cemetery, the Rev. Scott Hamley, officiating. Donations in Kay’s name may be made to Seward United Methodist Church or American Cancer Society.
