TOROK - Helen, 86, Charles, died Aug. 12, 2009, at Good Samaritan Nursing Care Center, Johnstown. Born March 26, 1923, in Portage, daughter of George and Justina (Logan) Litwin. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Carol Marie Shomo; grandson, Andrew Nicholas Torok; brothers, Michael and Walter Litwin; and sisters, Mary Baran and Jean Scarton. Survived by loving husband, Joseph; loving sons, Joseph John Torok, Belsano; and Andrew George, married to the former Loretta Bubenko, Belsano; grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn McCarthy, and husband, Larry; and Melissa Renee Torok; great-grandchildren, Richard James Erculiani III, Finnegan Andrew and Teagan Joseph McCarthy; and sister, Ann Kralik, Cleveland. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Death breaks marriage union of 62 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, 1201 Fifth St., Seward. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward, Father Robert Washko, officiating. Interment, Grandview Cemetery.
