NAYLOR – Janet Joy, 80, Seward, passed away peacefully Aug. 10, 2015, at her son’s home. Born Dec. 20, 1934, in Seward, daughter of Wilber and Elsie (Cribbs) Moore. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Donald E. Naylor, who passed away in 2009; brothers, William and Stanley; and sisters, Dorothy Naylor, Viola “Odie” Frazier and Ann Connell. Survived by loving sons, Donald Jr., married to the former Louanne Penrose, Robinson; and Edward Dale, married to the former Cynthia Nixon, Seward; grandchildren, Debbie Sue Hazlett, Crystal Clerice Cherry, Ed Naylor Jr., Donald Naylor III and Michael Naylor; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Elizabeth Hazlett, Amanda Graff, Logan Cherry, Michael Naylor Jr., Abigail Naylor, Brennen Naylor, Lila Naylor and Julie Naylor; and brother, Robert Moore, married to Ruth. Member of Seward United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, and playing bingo and pokeno. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, Seward, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Morris Mason, officiating. Private interment at Armagh Cemetery.
