LaROSA Joseph, 86, Charles, died Sept. 10, 2011, at home. Born June 12, 1925, in Johnstown, son of Giuseppe and Mary (Hall) LaRosa. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Helen, who died in 1997; son, Paul LaRosa; daughter-in-law, Kim; son-in-law, James; brothers, Sam and Paul; and sister, Rose. Survived by loving children, Mary, married to Gerald Kitzmiller, Belleview, Neb.; Joseph LaRosa, married to Peggy, Erie; Patricia Bradley, Dillsburg, Pa.; Agnes, Charles; and William LaRosa, married to Karen, Speedway, Ind.; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; brother, William; sisters, Frances and Ann; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Member of Faith Lutheran Church, Clyde. Retired with 32 years of service as a coal miner with North American Coal Corp. Member of Sandybottom Sportsmen's Club. His hobbies included bingo, polka dancing and gardening. Joseph loved his family dearly. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, 1201 Fifth St., Seward, where funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Michael Fischer, officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
