Mack, Koto Kaneko, 93, of Seward passed away January 18, 2021 at home after a courageous battle with cancer.  Born January 20, 1927 in Tokyo, Japan.  Daughter of Saikichi Kaneko and Haru Kurihara Kaneko.  Preceded in death by parents; husband Herbert L. Mack; son Denny L. Mack; and grandson Schaun Crain.  Survived by daughters Nancy Armond of Seward and Vickie married to James Leydig, New Florence; sons Jeffrey Mack married to the former Lori Kohan, Blairsville and Patrick Mack married to the former Jeanne Kovach, Seward; grandchildren Schaun Mack married to the former Suzette Madeley, Erin Mack married to Adam Jones, Christopher Mack married to the former Heather Shearman, David Mack married to Becky and Kevin Mack; great grandchildren Brock and Eli Mack, Noah and Alydia Jones, Emma Mack, Evie, Addie, Nathanael, and Ezekiel Mack; and several nieces and nephews.   Koto loved to spend time working in her flower gardens, bird watching, gardening, canning, cooking, baking, knitting, crocheting, word search puzzles, and listening to music.  She was a very creative person.  Spending time with family was most important to Koto.  She enjoyed spending afternoons with her daughters watching her favorite day time soap and catching up on each others life happenings and events.  She also enjoyed many shopping trips, basket parties, making her special Christmas fruit cake, beauty shop trips with Nancy, and her special time with Vickie teaching her the art of origami.  Koto was very fond of her daughters-in-law - Jeanne for her countless hours of devotion, caregiving and good cooking and Lori with her surprise visits bringing beautiful flowers, goodies, and laughter.  She also enjoyed her times with her sons - Jeff for his thoughtfulness and great cooking and Patrick for his loving heart and helping hands.  Special thanks to Hospice nurse, Carolyn for her warm heart and tender loving care.  Koto will be missed by all.  Matthew 5:16 - Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in Heaven.  At Koto's request, funeral services will be private.  Rev Ruth Moore officiating.  Interment Armagh Cemetery.  Jon A.
