Richard Neuner, Sr.

NEUNER – Richard Sr., 81, Seward, passed away June 9, 2014, at home. Born July 15, 1932, in Johnstown, son of Frederick Herman and Amelia Frances (Raspotnik) Neuner. Preceded in death by parents; daughter, Sharon Louise Neuner; grandson, Theodore F. Neuner Jr.; brother, Frederick G. Neuner; and infant sister, Mary Jane Neuner. Survived by wife of 65 years, Lucille “Lucy” Neuner;  sons, Richard D. Jr., married to the former Sharon Lynn Boyd, Seward; and Theodore F., Seward; grandchildren, Dennis, Keith, Shawn and Melissa; and brother, David A. Neuner, married to Michele, Robindale Heights; also numerous nieces and nephews. Retired from Bethlehem Steel Corp., having worked in the blast furnace. Member of New Florence Church of the Jehovah Witnesses. Arrangements are being handled by Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, Seward. Interment will be held at a later date at Armagh Cemetery.
