Rolland Dean Caine

Caine Rolland Dean, 60 of Seward, died July 28,2006 at Memorial Medical Center,Johnstown. Born November 3,1945 in DuBois, Pa.son of George and Anna (Vichunus) Caine. Preceded in death by parents. Survived by loving wife the former Bonnie Lambing, of Seward; and these children: Dave, married to the former Dawn Fetsko, of Ferndale; Cory of Conemaugh Township; Scott, married to the former Mildred Lopez, of Katy, Texas; and Lisa, married to Douglas Jay, of Newport News, Virginia; grandchildren, Brittany, David, Courtney, Zac,Tanner and Michael Horvath; Ariadne and Kayla Caine. Also Nicole and Kelsey Jay; Brothers ,John and wife Beverly, of DuBois; Ron of DuBois, Sisters, Evelyn of Texas and Bonnie of DuBois. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward. Currently employed by Johnstown Wire Technologies. Was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War era , serving in the pacific theater - Vietnam. He is the current president of the Seward Borough Council. He was formerly Mayor of Seward. Friends were received from 2 -4 and 6-8pm. Monday at the Jon A. Meese Funeral Home. 1201 Fifth Street, Seward. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 am. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward. The Rev. John Wilt officiating. Interment was held in Armagh Cemetery. Holy Rosary was recited at 7pm Monday at the funeral home. Military graveside service was conducted by New Florence VFW Post 7622.
