Rose Marie Garaventa

Garaventa, Rose Marie, 100, formerly of Seward, passed away October 21, 2019 at Arbutus Park Manor - Richland. Born June 5, 1919 in Seward, Pa. Daughter of John and Anna Belinchak. Preceded in death by parents, husband Louis Garaventa who died May 14, 1982, grandson Michael, brother John, sisters Mary, Anne, Julia, Betty, Hazel, and Verna. Also son in law Walter Roth. Survived by loving children; Jack Garaventa married to the former Patty Berkey - Franklinville, NJ, Patricia Roth - Johnstown, and Anthony Garaventa married to the former Susan Murrman - Seward. Loving grandchildren Christopher Garaventa, Buddy Roth, John and Steve Garavento, and Christina Garavento Morales. Loving great grandchildren Lexi Roth, John, Gabrielle, and Anthony Garavento, Mercedes, Nico, and Marco Morales. Rose Marie was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church - Seward, and the Holy Rosary Altar Society. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private family viewing. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church - Seward. Rev Robert Washko officiating. Interment Grandview Cemetery - Johnstown. Jon A.
