MULLIGAN – Sandra L., 80, Seward, passed away Feb. 15, 2016, at Latrobe Regional Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born Sept. 16, 1935, in Johnstown, daughter of Clayton H. “Tom” and Anna (Stambaugh) Bouch. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Thomas; and brother, Thomas A. “Harv” Bouch. Survived by loving children, Thomas Boyd Mulligan, married to the former Darlene Barelich, Seward; Douglas Wayne Mulligan, married to the former Karen Wojszynski, Pittsburgh; Scott Andrew Mulligan, married to the former Kelly Baker, Seward; and Kathy Lynn, married to Shane Lichtenfels, Seward; loving grandchildren, Kristie, Joshua, Michael, Mindy, Jenna, Kayla and Tiffany; loving great-grandchildren, Patrick, Caitlin, Lauren, Autumn, Julia and Lily; brother, David R. Douglas Bouch, married to Jeneen, North Carolina; and sister, Charlene, married to Timothy Henderson, New Florence. Sandra was a member of Valley Grace Brethren Church. She was a loving and devoted mother and homemaker. She always put her family first. Her whole life was her family. She was a great cook. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, Seward. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Valley Grace Brethren Church, Armagh, the Rev. Norris Mason, officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
