FOX William C., 69, Seward, died Oct. 29, 2011, at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital. Born June 15, 1942, in Seward, son of Harold C. and Elda Rae (Deyarmin) Fox. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Robert; nephews, Ronald and Dennis McGinnis; and father-in-law, Harold Rinehart. Survived by loving wife, Diana; loving daughters, Lisa, Seward, and Candice, married to Gary Duman, Johnstown; sisters, Gerrie McGinnis-Toth, married to Steve, Richland; Vivian Douglas, South Fork; Freelove Craig, married to Albert, Seward; and Donna McGinnis, Seward; aunt, Mildred Shirley; and friend, Michelle Bouch. Retired coal miner with 20 years of service working for Consol Energy. A Lodestar school bus driver for Ligonier Valley School District. Formerly worked at Harris-Boyer Bakery. Member of Bolivar American Legion Post. Lifetime member of Seward Volunteer Fire Company, serving as president; Sandybottom Sportsmen's Club; and UMWA Local 1257. Former councilman and president of Seward Borough. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, 1201 Fifth St., Seward, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Scott Hamley, officiating. Interment, Armagh Cemetery.
