Troyan, William R. (Jake), Jr. - 54 of Seward died August 4, 2008 at home. Born July 20, 1954 in Johnstown. Son of William R. and Janet (Meyer) Troyan, Sr. Preceded in death by father, who died in 1981, maternal and paternal grandparents. Survived by loving mother, Janet, Seward and these brothers and sisters: Michael J. married to Nancy, Eau Claire Wisconsin; Thomas E. and Diane, Seward; Cheryl A. Priest, Seward; Patricia A. married to Jeffrey Tamm, Johnstown; Richard R.married to Lynne,Seward; Elizabeth A. married to Thomas Custer, Seward. Nieces and nephews: Michael Troyan, Jr, Trisha Winski, David DeNorcy, Jr., Dana Hardaker, Adam Gibson, Justin Troyan, Matthew Priest, Jessica Troyan, Ashley Troyan, Tyler Custer, and Zachary Custer. Also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward. US Navy veteran of the Vietnam era. Avid internet poker player and fisherman. Self employed roofing contractor. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 p.m and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Jon A. Meese Funeral Home, 1201 Fifth Street, Seward. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Holy Family Catholic Church, Seward, the Rev. John Wilt, officiating. Private interment, Grandview Cemetery.
